Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for handling customer complaints, not escalating complaints, and ensuring that customer complaints are properly resolved;
2. Responsible for handling customer returns and exchanges, refund work, and maintaining good after-sales indicators;
3. Responsible for communicating with third parties such as courier and warehouse regarding issues related to orders and customer feedback;
4. Responsible for handling platform after-sales work orders, appeals, fast refunds, and other issues;
5. Regularly participate in product knowledge training meetings organized by the company, optimize customer service processes, and enhance professional knowledge;
6. Assist in coordinating with superiors to assign other temporary customer service tasks;


Job requirements:
1. Age between 20-32 years old, male or female, quick thinking, service-oriented, strong understanding, communication and adaptability;
2. Likes to communicate and interact with people, has a sense of responsibility, and has at least six months of experience in e-commerce customer service;
3. Able to adapt to the shift system and have strong stress resistance;
4. Proficient in computer operation, typing 60 words or more per minute blindly;
